“I travel the world and I needed a portable entertainment system that would sound as if I were at a concert and drive in theater all in one.” Patrick states, “Steve, do you think it is possible to build something like this?” “…Lets get the wood” Steven replied. Patrick summed it up after it was built with “I could not buy it, so I built it.” This system has since been requested for purchase by thousands of people.
The Portable Entertainment System (PES) nicknamed the “P Lo Special,” was created in January 2001 by Patrick and Steve to answer their personal call for a fully portable high quality entertainment solution. The prototype has traveled along side the US Military’s Special Operations Forces during OEF and OIF, from the beaches of Hawaii to the deserts of the Middle East, functioning amidst sand dunes and temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition to projecting great music with high quality sound, Patrick utilized his invention to play DVD movies for thousands of military troops. All the while, the P Lo Special set the party mood, gathering the masses – families, friends, and associates – for full scale, top-notch entertainment sound.
The PES is a battery operated, portable entertainment system on wheels. The product couples the superior sound quality of top notch home theater systems with convenient, battery operated portability. With its robust sound and superior image projection system, the PES serves as an innovative indoor/outdoor theater, jukebox, and DJ setup that until now was non-existent on the market.
